Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept returns and exchanges only if the incorrect item was shipped. Refunds are available if the product does not match the description on our website.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the purchase price.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg earrings due to hygiene issues, unless the product is faulty, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please check clothing sizes carefully. Some of the items we stock have Asian sizing so please read the measuring instructions carefully as you may need to order a larger size than usual.
